Apostolic Evangelical Church (uk) Announce New Worship Hours.

Apostolic Evangelical Church (uk), has announced new Worship hours to all our members and visitors, as from 5th september 2010, the service will start at 10.00am till 1.00pm. Announcing the changes, Snr. Pastor Stephen said the changes were necessary to let members have enough time to stay with their family and friends after service. Everyone was ecstatic to here the good news because God has answered our prayers, since it has been our desire to have this early morning hours like other churches.

Kenya takes its place among world’s top democracies

Kenya took its place at the high table of nations with progressive constitutions at a euphoric ceremony in Nairobi laced with historical significance. President Mwai Kibaki and Prime minister Raila Odinga led other Kenyans to this historical event of welcoming a new dawn in Kenya by signing the new constitution of Kenya 2010.

Kenyans in Diaspora have every reason to be extra happy with the new constitution because it will allow them enjoy dual citizenship from 27th august 2010.

Pastor Stephen host a Kenyan preacher:

Apostolic Evangelical church (uk) senior pastor stephen hosted a preacher from Kenya who had come to visit pastor Antony. The massage was to have faith in God in the time of difficult circumstances like the children of Israel when they were in the jungle heading to canaan.

Lord's supper:

The church celebrated Easter with Lord's supper, Senior pastor Stephen assisted by Pastor Joseph led the Apostolic Evangelical Church (uk) members to mark the occassion of the death and ressuarection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Every member had a chance to reflect and focus what the occassion meant to them

Church Summer Trip:

The youth will be going for summer trip to a destination to be revealed to the church when the right time come. The Youth Patron Brother Sammy will let church members know in july which seaside the trip will be held. Everybody is excited about the trip and cant wait for that day to arrive. Some members were heard suggesting the trip should be held in Mombasa to boast the Kenya tourism industry.

Election joy for Kenyans in East London,UK.

A Kenyan lady has worn a Council seat in Parsloe Ward in Barking and Dagenham, London in the just concluded UK election on 6th may 2010.Miss Elizabeth Kang'ethe who worn on a Labour ticket was seen been conguratulated by the area member of parliament Margret Hodge who was also re-elected on a Labour ticket.This is to show, the sky is the limit for those who want to follow their dreams in this great country. Miss Kang'ethe is a role model to other Kenyans in diaspora who has someone to look upon.The BNP was wiped out from the map of Barking and Dagenham which they were hoping to capitalise their gains after wining twelve Council seat in the last general election.

S.O.C wow the I.W.R.M conference

soldiers of Christ praise and worship team, was among the participants at a well attended i.w.r.m conference event at Manor park. Led by Zippy, they sang and danced for the Lord joyfully to the thrill of the crowd. Every body joined in to the sound and music composed by the girls. The team are ready to release a CD very soon

.Finally Ocampo in Kenya.
I.C.C prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo has arrived in Nairobi to start investgation to the violence which followed after the disputed 2007 general election between President Mwai Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga. The prosecutor has assurred all the parties a fair and just hearing to both the victims and perpetrators of the violence. He has assured Kenyans he is determined to end impunity in Kenya.
